Caramel Frosting
3/4 cup unsalted butter (1 1/2 stcks)
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
6 tbsp evaporated milk
2 1/2 cups sifted confectioner's sugar

In a heavy-bottomed, medium saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil over
medium-high heat, stirring constantly.  Boil, stirring, for two minutes.  Remove from heat
and stir in the milk.  Let cool until just warm to the touch.  Stir in confectioners' sugar cup
at a time.  Mix until smooth.
