1. Why does it seem like your shipping charges are high?
Our shipping charges are over-estimated during the checkout
process. Rest assured...you will never be charged more than the
shipping quote. But, if the actual shipping charges are less than
the quote (which, most of time, they are)...your invoice will be
adjusted before your credit card is charged.
2. Can we order in large quantities?
Yes, you can. We have a 'bulk store' page. There you can order
almost any of our products by the case.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped out the next business day. But on the
average it takes 2-3 days to ship out. If you choose Parcel Post...it
could take anywhere from 2-7 days from the time we ship it. (it
depends where you live). UPS Ground can take 1-5 days from the
time we ship it. (again, it depends on where you live).
4. Do you take special orders?
We try to accommodate every request. Call us, and we will make
every effort to fill your order.
